Why do I see a “13th Salary” in my extra remunerations?
+Depending on your region and contract type, you may be entitled to an additional month’s pay. This is listed here so it can be factored into your Total Annual calculation.
Can I download the contracts listed in the grid?

FAQ Section
What is the difference between “Save” and “Submit and Save”?
+“Save” keeps the request in Draft status; your manager cannot see it, and you can still edit the details. “Submit and Save” sends the request to your manager’s dashboard for approval and locks the record for editing.
Why is my “Absence Days” count different than the calendar days?
+The system calculates days based on your assigned Work Schedule. It typically excludes weekends and public holidays defined in the “Absence Policy” (e.g., Cyprus – 2026).
Can I delete a leave request?
+You can only delete a request if it is still in Draft status. Once it is “Submitted” or “Approved,” you must contact HR to cancel or modify it.
How do I request a half-day?
+In the New Leave modal, use the Time Start On and Time End On fields to specify the exact hours you will be away.
I hit my limit for Casual Leave. Can I still request time off?
+If your Casual Leave balance is 0, you may need to use Unpaid Leave. Consult the “Absence Entitlement” section or speak with your HR Administrator for policy-specific guidance.
What should I do when submitting a Sick Leave request or Other leave request?
+For these type of leaves, you should use the Upload Document feature to attach a doctor’s note or any other documentation. This ensures the request is processed quickly by the Admin team without back-and-forth emails!
Your Benefits Package
The Benefits tab provides a detailed view of your insurance, retirement plans, and additional company perks.
1. Active Benefit Plans

2. Accessing Policy Documents
If a benefit requires a physical policy or handbook, it will be listed in the File column. Click the filename (e.g., JamesH_medPolicy.pdf) to download the document to your device.
3. Contribution Breakdown
The system distinguishes between three types of contributions:
- Employer Only: The company covers the full cost (e.g., Health Insurance premiums).
- Employee Only: A voluntary deduction from your salary.
- Split: Both you and the company contribute a percentage or fixed amount (Common for Pension Plans).
FAQ Section
Where can I find my Health Insurance policy number?
+This is usually listed in the Reference Number column. If that field is empty, click the link in the File column to download your full policy document.
Does the “Employer Value” show up on my payslip?
+Typically, “Employer Only” contributions are considered non-taxable perks and may not appear as “Gross Pay,” but they are tracked here to show your total compensation value. “Split” or “Employee” contributions will appear as deductions on your payslip.
Can I opt-out of a specific benefit?
+Mandatory benefits (like social insurance) cannot be changed. For voluntary benefits like “Video on Demand” or “Pension Plans,” please submit a message via the Requests tab to speak with HR.
Why is the “Employee Value” zero for my Health Insurance?
+This indicates that the plan is a “Company Paid” benefit, meaning the employer pays 100% of the cost for you.
What does “Basis” mean?
+Fixed Amount means a specific Euro value is paid (e.g., €500.00), while Percentage means the contribution is calculated based on a portion of your monthly salary.

FAQ Section
Can I delete or replace a document in this list?
+No. For security and compliance reasons, employees have “Read-Only” access to the Document Vault. If a document is expired (like an old ID), please use the Requests tab to send the new version to HR for uploading.
I don’t see my latest contract here. Why?
+HR usually uploads documents after they are fully signed by all parties. If it has been more than 48 hours since you signed, contact your HR Administrator to ensure it has been indexed to your profile.
What is the “Export” icon (next to search) used for?
+This allows you to export the list of your documents into an Excel or CSV file. It does not download all the actual PDF files at once; it only exports the metadata (names, dates, and notes).
Is there a limit to how many documents can be stored?
+There is no limit for the employee. HR will keep all your active and historical employment documents here for as long as you are with the company.
Who else can see these documents?

Public holidays are automatically imported into your schedule and are marked with a Pink Striped Background. You do not need to submit leave requests for these dates as they are already accounted for by the Absence Policy.
FAQ Section
Why are some of my shifts blue and others green?
+This usually indicates a difference in Location or Shift Type. For example, office-based shifts (“Main HQ”) may be blue, while remote shifts (“Home”) are green, allowing you to see your hybrid schedule at a glance.
Can I change my work location for a specific day?
+The schedule is set by your Administrator based on your contract. To request a one-time change (e.g., working from home instead of the office).
What does the pink striped area mean?
+This represents a Public Holiday. You are not expected to work on these days, and they do not deduct from your personal Leave balance.
Why is a specific day blank?
+Weekends or days not included in your “Work Schedule Template” appear blank. If you are a full-time employee and a weekday is blank, please notify HR as your schedule might need to be reassigned.
Can I see my coworkers’ schedules here?
+No, this view is private to your profile. However, your Administrator can see a consolidated view of the entire team’s schedule in their Administrative panel.

Why do I have to enter “Tasks Performed”?
+Providing a breakdown of your work ensures transparency and helps the Finance department categorize the overtime cost correctly. Claims with empty task descriptions may be returned to you for more information.
How are “Total Hours” calculated?
+The system calculates the duration between your From and To timestamps. If you worked from 18:00 to 20:00, the system will automatically log 2.0 hours.
Can I claim overtime for a future date?
+No. Overtime claims should only be submitted after the work has been performed to ensure the hours are accurate.
I submitted my claim, but I realized I made a mistake. Can I edit it?
+You can only edit or delete a claim while it is in Draft status. If it is already Pending (Submitted), you must ask your manager to decline it so you can correct and resubmit.
Does my overtime pay show up immediately on my dashboard?

FAQ Section
Can I create my own checklist?
+No. Checklist records are created and assigned only by Managers or Administrators. This ensures that all employees are following the same standardized company procedures.
I accidentally clicked a checkmark. How can I uncheck it?
+Once a step is marked as complete, it is logged in the system audit. If you made a mistake, please contact your Manager immediately so they can reset that specific step for you from the Admin panel.
What do the percentages mean?
+The percentage represents how much of the total workflow is finished. For example, in a list with five tasks, each checkmark increases your progress by 20%.
Can I delete a checklist once it reaches 100%?
+Completed checklists are usually kept as a historical record of your work. If you need to remove a draft or an incorrectly assigned list, use the Delete button at the top of the grid, though this may require specific permission levels.
Your Assigned Assets
The Assets tab provides a transparent record of all company property currently under your care.
1. Reviewing Your Inventory
Your assets are listed in a grid format. For every item, the system tracks the Type of Asset, the specific Asset ID, and the Given Date.

2. Technical Support
If you need to report a fault with your equipment, refer to the Asset column. Providing the unique ID (e.g., LPT-00002) to the IT department will allow them to identify your hardware instantly.
3. Asset Lifecycle
When you join or move roles, new equipment will appear here. When equipment is returned—due to an upgrade or departure—the Returned Date will be populated to confirm you are no longer responsible for that item.
FAQ Section
I just received a new monitor, but it isn’t on my list. What should I do?
+Asset records are updated by the IT or Facilities department. If your list is not current after 48 hours, please contact your Administrator to ensure the equipment is properly registered to your profile.
Can I request a new asset (like a mouse or keyboard) through this tab?
+No. This tab is for viewing currently assigned assets. To request new equipment, please contact your Manager or the IT department.
What does the “Returned Date” mean?
+This column remains blank as long as the item is in your possession. Once you return the item to the company, the date will be entered, serving as your “receipt” that the asset was handed back in good condition.
Why are there links in the “Asset” column?
+Clicking the asset name (e.g., 27inch LED Monitor) may provide additional details about the hardware specifications or warranty information, depending on your company’s configuration.
Can I export this list for my own records?
+Yes. Use the Export icon (arrow exiting a box) at the top of the grid to download a spreadsheet of your assigned equipment.
